Vicki's primary responsibility is to provide project management to IT Division-wide projects, such as IT Strategic Planning, Data Security Project, and the current IT Data Protection and System Recovery Plan. She directs the university's Information Security Compliance Program, which covers seven federal legal acts. Past projects include: E-Business Assessment, Internet2 Development Program, the first written and subsequent IT Data Protection and System Recovery Plans, IT Web Redesign, Network Security Project, WPI Organizational Chart Web Posting, and the Continuing Education Banner Migration Project. Vicki's efforts initiated and for the first year she coordinated the Goddard Collaborative, a network of regional institutions developing an Internet2 network connecting to WPI's Goddard GigaPoP.
