The Art of Science Contest
It’s time for another Life Sciences and Bioengineering Center (LSBC) art contest. We are looking to update the art in the 1st floor lobby (see past winners in the lobby for ideas and inspiration) and would love to have you submit your best artistic creation.
Any image or artwork that represents your research in the Life Sciences at WPI can be entered into the contest. After a campus-wide vote, the top three images will be framed and displayed in the first floor lobby of the Life Sciences and Bioengineering Center at Gateway Park. The top three finalists will also be awarded prizes (see sidebar for details).
Rules and Guidelines:
Who can submit: WPI students, faculty, and staff, as well as Gateway LSBC Companies. Only one entry per person allowed.
What to submit: Any image or artwork that represents your research in the Life Sciences at WPI. Please submit one low res image (web quality/72 dpi) and one high res. image (print quality/300 dpi), including title and caption.
How to submit: Go online and fill out the form to enter. Find the link to the survey here.
Deadline: February 15, 2013. Voting will take place the week of March 4. An email announcing open voting will be forthcoming.
