Website Development
Our goal is simple – to deliver a high-quality product, in a minimal amount of time, with the greatest level of client satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we follow a very structured process when planning all of our Web development and design projects.
Our process:
- Discovery: During this initial phase we meet with the client to discuss their website needs. We establish project-scope, audience, goals of the project, requested timeframe, and how we will evaluate the success of the project. We also determine which members of our team are needed for the project.
- Development: We research any new software or technologies the client would like incorporated into their website. We begin work on all aspects of the project, which may include applications development, graphic design, architecture, navigation, content writing/editing, search engine optimization, and conversion to the Content Management System (CMS). Throughout this phase we regularly communicate with the client and request feedback when necessary.
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing: To ensure that all users will have the same online experience, we perform QA testing across a wide variety of platforms, devices and browsers.
- Client approval: The site is submitted to the client for final approval.
- Site launch: The site is converted into the CMS and published to the live website.
- Client Satisfaction Survey: At the conclusion of all projects, we ask clients to complete a survey on their experiences working with Web Operations. The results of this survey help us determine any areas in which our service could improve, additional services clients are in need of, and overall level of satisfaction the client felt working with Web Operations.
