Kim Allen is responsible for writing original copy for the WPI website, as well as editing existing website copy and client supplied text. She is also responsible for site architecture and navigation for much of the WPI website. Kim also evaluates existing web pages from a user experience viewpoint and recommends changes accordingly. She analyzes Urchin website statistics and recommends changes in text, dynamic content and navigation when necessary.

Michael Dorsey is responsible for all aspects of university communications involving research and faculty achievement, a key element of WPI's communications program. He finds, develops, and disseminates news about the outcomes of the faculty's high-impact research and creates a variety of communications vehicles that spotlight the quality of the faculty and the recognition they receive for their scholarship, teaching, and professional service.

Nick is responsible for maintaining and developing new web applications on the WPI website. These include but are not limited to webform, Regi, Ecards, and ConfReg. Nick also administers the Google Mini and Urchin servers. He helps with developing new templates for the CMS which may require work in ASP and RQL. In addition he maintains the folder structure on the web server and is responsible for generating short URLs as necessary.

Peggy Isaacson designs a large volume of publications that are produced by the Marketing Communications group for clients across the university. As principal copy editor for university and alumni periodicals, she also edits and proofreads raw copy, finished manuscripts, and page proofs for virtually all university publications.

Joan Killough-Miller is responsible for the alumni departments of Transformations, WPI's quarterly magazine, including class notes, obituaries, columns, and profiles of noteworthy alumni. Joan also writes feature stories that reflect on WPI's history and highlight alumni, faculty and students who are making a difference in the world at large. Information may be submitted by email, fax, U.S. mail, or online via the Class Notes form.

Lorraine Martinelle is a key day-to-day news writer in the Marketing & Communications Division, and is editor of the biweekly internal newsletter @WPI. She supports public relations, internal communications, and the WPI web site in a broad range of writing assignments. Lorraine also helps coordinate news bureau activities, press release distribution, and media coverage of campus events.

AnnMarie Nichols is an interactive designer for Marketing & Communications, where she is responsible for the conceptualization, design, coding, and integration of web sites, online advertising and multimedia projects that support the university's overall marketing strategy. In addition, she ensures ADA compliance of all interactive material produced by the web communications team.

Lynn is a communications specialist, whose responsibilities include the design and coordination of various print publications as well as the parents newsletter, The Fountain, for the Dean of Students Office. This role also involves the coordination of creativity, content development, and graphic design. She is the primary liaison between Marketing & Communications and the offices that fall under the Dean of Students.

Her role also involves the coordination of campus photography, content development, and graphic design. She is the primary liaison between the Marketing & Communications and Admissions.

Luke Salsich manages the project schedule for the entire Web Operations Department. Luke acts as the liaison between the Web Operations Department and the rest of the university, while serving as an advisor on the construction and maintenance of the website. He is the main contact/project manager for all web-project related third-party vendors, including managing the WPI site redesign project with Big Bad.

Cheryl is responsible for the coordination and distribution of all press releases and advisories to various media outlets via the internet. She tracks all WPI media coverage through newspapers, television, radio, magazines and internet, and tracks trends and identifies opportunities for stories to receive media coverage.

Dianne handles all aspects of print production within Marketing and Communications. She is the liaison between vendors and WPI, ensuring that the university’s printed publications are high quality yet cost-effective. Carol Williams is responsible for the Administration of the RedDot Content Management System including managing the content migration of pages from HTML pages into the CMS, providing support to the CMS users and the development of CMS templates for new sites. In addition she is developing a number of services to help CMS editors and approvers and manages the CMS Users Group Meetings to facilitate communications with editors and approvers. .
