New Facilities and Administrative (Indirect) Cost Rate
Effective with all proposal submissions on Monday, November 2, 2009 and thereafter, please calculate Facilities & Administrative (Indirect) Costs in budgets at the University's newly approved rate of 58.2%. All current rate information is available at http://www.wpi.edu/Admin/OSP/Proposals/reference.html. Please contact OSP at resadm@wpi.edu if you need assistance or have any questions.

New IRS Mileage Rate for 2009
Please be advised that the IRS has decreased the standard mileage rate to 55 cents per mile for business use of automobiles through December 31, 2009. WPI has adopted the IRS rate effective for miles driven on or after January 1, 2009. The on-line WPI expense report has been updated to reflect the new rate.
