Thank you for your interest or participation as a judge in GRAD 2013. Below, you’ll find some useful information for your planning purposes. Should you need more information or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact GRADinnovation@wpi.edu.

Judges Luncheon
March 8, 2013
12 – 1:30pm
Higgins House, Great Hall

Judges are asked to attend a luncheon, where judges’ manuals are distributed, the expectations and criteria for judging are reviewed and any questions you may have are answered. Should you be unable to attend the luncheon, please notify the organizers at GRADinnovation@wpi.edu, and your manual will be mailed to you prior to March 28.

Schedule

8:45 am Meet in Assigned Room to pick up materials
9:00 am - 12:00 pm Judging Session I (open to judges and grad students only)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch and scoring to determine 12 semi-finalists in each category
1:00 pm - 2:15 pm Judging Session II (open to public)
2:15 pm - 3:10 pm Return to Breakout Rooms to determine winners
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Awards Ceremony

Should you require parking for the Judges Luncheon or for the Poster Symposium, please contact GRADinnovation@wpi.edu and we will make accommodations for you.
