About the Faculty

WPI employs 211 tenured and tenure-track faculty and 31 full-time and 70 part-time non-tenure-track faculty, many recognized worldwide. Ninety-nine percent of WPI's tenured and tenure-track faculty hold a Ph.D or terminal degree, and over seventy-five percent are tenured.
