About the Faculty
WPI employs 230 tenured and tenure-track faculty and 60 full-time and 135 part-time non-tenure-track faculty, many recognized worldwide. Ninety-nine percent of WPI's tenured and tenure-track faculty hold a Ph.D. or terminal degree, and seventy-three percent are tenured.
