Early Arrivals

Students who wish to move in early to the residence halls, houses or on-campus apartments must submit their request in writing to the Office of Residential Services before August 1. The request must list the reason for requesting the early arrival, the date of arrival desired, and an address which to send the confirmation.

Students who are granted permission to return early will pay a fee of $35 per day. Payment is expected upon arrival.

Keys for early arrivals will be available in the Office of Residential Services between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and at Campus Police at all other times. Students who are returning early to campus due to a college request (i.e. athletic practice, Orientation Leaders) do not need to contact Residential Services as their coach or advisor will make the necessary arrangements.
