Summer Conference Information
Welcome
We are pleased to serve our conference groups who reside in our campus residence halls during the summer.
Whether you are new to our services or have been a frequent client, we appreciate the opportunity to work with your particular conference group. During the summer, the primary purpose of the office of Residential Services is to house students enrolled in summer school, supplement the summer conference program with residential facilities, and prepare student rooms and common areas for the next academic year.
Summer housing will begin in May and end no later than August 1 to allow enough time to properly prepare the facilities and conduct staff training.
Summer Housing
Housing is available for students who will be on campus for classes, working at WPI, or working in the Worcester area. Students should fill out a summer application available here.
- E Term Dates are May 26th - July 11th.
- Costs are $1728 for a sigle room, $1633 for a double room

The mandatory meal plan cost is $620 Starts May 26 and ends July 9 and includes 27 serving days
Monday through Thursday* - Meal Plan includes-27 “all you can eat” meals and $300 bonus points
- If housing is needed between the end of D term and beginning of E term, there is a $600 charge
Deadline for appliations is April 18th
Conference Services
Linen Service:
The linen package includes sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 pillow, 1 towel. Groups staying one week or more are entitled to a complete linen exchange, please discuss with the conference staff four weeks prior to your arrival. Blankets are available upon special request. All of our rooms are non - air conditioned therefore it is important that you make your conference attendees aware of this prior to their arrival.
Laundry Facilities:
Many of our residence halls have laundry rooms with coin/card-operated washers and dryers. We do not provide exclusive access to any particular facility. In many cases, participants in other conference programs may share laundry facilities in your location.
