Application for Bachelors Degree

In order to be considered for degree candidacy, each student MUST FILE AN APPLICATION with the Registrar's Office in accordance with the following schedule:

Complete the following form as soon as possible. If you revise your date of graduation, or do not complete your program as planned, you MUST submit this form for future consideration. Also, there is a $35 re-processing fee if you request a name change after placing this order.

Academic Information

Students have the option of listing their major area of study on the diploma. Only degree programs with established distribution requirements may be listed.

PLEASE NOTE: Areas of specialization (minors or concentrations) are not printed on the diploma, but are printed on the transcript.

NOTE: Family name, if other than what student used while in attendance at WPI, will result in a different placement in the lineup and program. Double Majors receive only one diploma.
