Advisor Signature
The advisor of record should sign on the appropriate line(s), provided, grade the final project and award the appropriate terms of work and credit. -
Project Submission
The project report must accompany the CDR form when submitted to the Registrar's Office. In cases where a student submits a section of the project report after other project partners have submitted theirs, a copy of the original cover page is required in order to record the project and properly match the final CDR to the original project. The Library does not maintain its copy of the project indefinitely. It is, therefore, the student's responsibility to make a copy for personal use, and for their faculty advisor, if requested. Students are expected to make all necessary photocopies of their project (including a personal copy) at their own expense. -
Deadlines
In order for a project to be recorded, the following rules apply:
- The student must be registered for a minimum of 1/6 unit of the same activity for the term in which the CDR is submitted.
- Final project and CDR must be received in the Registrar's Office no later than 4:00 p.m. of the day preceding the start of the next term.
NOTE: Deadlines will vary for degree candidates.
Please refer to the current undergraduate operational catalog for graduation candidacy deadline.
