Abstract
The Abstract must be typed into the space provided, as it will be transferred to the permanent transcript. The abstract should describe the project's objective, the methods used to study the topic, and a brief statement of conclusions. (A draft of the abstract should be submitted to the advisor of record prior to completing this form.)
Limit = 80 words. -
Grade Modes
-N- = A/B/C
-C- = AD/AC
Any questions regarding a student's specific grade mode should be referred to the Office of the Registrar at extension 5211. -
Advisor Signature
The advisor of record should sign on the appropriate line(s), provided, grade the final project and award the appropriate terms of work and credit. -
Deadlines
In order for a Sufficiency to be recorded, the following rules apply:
- The student must be registered for a minimum of 1/6 unit of the same activity for the term in which the CDR is submitted.
- Final project and CDR must be received in the Registrar's Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day after the start of the next term.
NOTE: Deadlines will vary for degree candidates.
