Greek Events

Throughout the year, the Greek community hosts a number of valuable events. These events include:

Greek Move In

Each year on New Student Move In Day, Greek organization members help all residential students move into their residence halls. This is an excellent example of the Greek community pitching-in to help the WPI community.

Greek Carnival

The Greek Luau, hosted during New Student Orientation, provides a chance for Greek students to see each other after a summer away from WPI and gives them a chance to meet with new students. During the event students can listen to a band or DJ, play mini-golf, get cool giveaways, and take advantage of a number of inflatables.

Greek Week

Greek Week consists of a number of events designed to build spirit within the Greek Community. In accordance with the year's selected theme, chapters compete to earn points to be named Greek Week Winners and get the Silver Bowl awarded each year to the Greek Week winner. Events include comedians, bands, Greek Olympics, Talent Show, a chili competition, a banner competition, and the culmination of the week: the Float Parade.
