Senior Week Committee
Senior Week Committee responsibilities:
- Gather ideas from classmates and promotes the week's celebrations
- Plan and coordinate the activities that will be offered during the week before Commencement
- The students on this committee should work hard to develop a program that the whole senior class will enjoy
- Comprised of approximately 10 students
Senior Week Committee Chair responsibilities:
- Review last year's activities with Senior Week committee in order to generate ideas for options of activities
- Run election for Treasurer to work with advisor to manage budget
- Lead committee in choosing events through discussions, on-line surveys, last year's evaluation etc.
- Choose one or two people to organize each day's activity
- Post schedule on Commencement Website, along with tickets prices and contact information
- Chair meetings
- Arrange time and location for meetings
- Ensure minutes are forwarded to committee and advisor.
Senior Week Committee Treasurer responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with advisor to establish ticket prices
- Work in conjunction with advisor to establish ticket purchase process (including proper paperwork and required liability signatures)
