Commencement Brunch
Preceding commencement exercises on Saturday, May 17th, invitees enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was served from 7:00 to 9:30 a.m. in Morgan Dining Commons. Cost for parents, students and guests was $13.95 per person, $7.95 for children under 12 (additional $2 per person for walk-ins). Tickets were ordered in advance at the Office of Student Activities, Campus Center 3rd floor or by using this order form (PDF) or, order online.
Tickets were mailed to atttendees along with a confirmation of their reservation. There was an additional charge of $2.00 per person for walk-ins.

- Breakfast Cereal Bar
- A selection of popular cereals and toppings with farm fresh milk
- Fresh fruit display
- A variety of fresh sliced fruit, assorted hand fruit and fresh seasonal fruit salad
- Pastry display
- Home made Muffins, Assorted bagels, donuts, cinnamon strudel coffee cake, and Danish
- Golden Buttermilk Pancakes
- Served with melted butter and maple syrup
- Chef carved Pit Ham
- A classic smoked pit ham, slowly baked and basted with brown sugar & honey, chef carved to order
- French Toast with Powered Sugar
- Fresh Texas style bread dipped in a cinnamon spiced egg batter, pan-fried and topped with powdered sugar. Served with melted butter and maple syrup
- Eastern-style Cheddar and Egg Scramble
- Scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and chives topped with chopped parsley and diced tomato garnish.
- Sausage and Bacon Strips
- Maple Glazed Sausage links cook golden brown or Molasses Cured Bacon strips cooked to a crisp golden brown.
- Home-fried potatoes
- Cut Red Potato with sauteed onions and garlic
- Beverages
- Wait-staff served Coffee, Tea and Orange juice
