Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.
Advance fees apply through October 16, 2002. Registrations received after October 16, 2002, may not be acknowledged and may be processed
on site.
Students are required to show a valid student ID card or letter from the university confirming full-time student status at the time of registration.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund of registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by October 30, 2002. No refunds will be made after that date. If the conference is canceled,
the liability of FIE and the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. FIE and the University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited
to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
One author from each paper must register for the conference, even if no author attends or presents the paper.
