Forum Registration

Forum registration includes 4 days of Formal Programs, Breaks and Lunches, Manuals, Receptions in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and Transportation to Factory Tours in Shanghai. Please download and complete this application. Instructions for mailing and faxing in your registration are located at the bottom of this form.

Hotel Registration

Hotel reservations for both Shanghai and Hong Kong must be made directly with the hotels using these group registration forms. Directions for submitting your reservations are listed on the forms.
