Airports
Three large metropolitan airport options are located within 1 to 1-1/2 hours ground transportation time from Worcester. These include Boston Logan, Providence T.F. Green and Hartford Bradley, all with direct international service. Boston is the largest. Ground transportation is the most congested in Boston of these three options. Providence is much less congested and closer to Worcester than Hartford.

Ground Transportation

Worcester Airport Limousine shared van service is the most cost-effective option to and from Boston and Providence (TF Greene International) airports. This is door-to-door service between the airport terminal and your hotel, via 10 passenger vans. Reserve at least 48 hours in advance, using the online service or phone 800-660-0992. Mention the code ABC to receive conference rates. Rates include gratuity.
- Logan International Airport: $32 per person each way

- Rental car is the most likely option for Hartford (Bradley International)
- Car rentals can be arranged at all airports via global car rental companies. Typical driving time is 1 - 1.25 hours to and from Boston and Hartford and 1 hour for Providence, depending on traffic conditions.
