INSTRUCTIONS: Open registration begins at 0800 EDT 3 Apr and will be on a first-come/first-served basis. Teams are advised to register as early as possible as prior year events have filled to capacity within 30 minutes of opening.
Registration uses an online system. To register your team:
- Create a new team account by clicking on the "Register new team" link on the registration site (all information from previous years has been removed). This step places your team in the time-sensitive registration queue.
- Once registered, read the "Welcome message."
- Fill out the "Basic Team Info" page. This information is used by the announcers and for our published teams list - so make sure the information accurately represents your team.
- To hold your spot, you will need to fill in the "Shirts and Meals" and "Select Dorm Rooms" pages NLT 20 April.
- Your payment is due NLT 20 Apr. You may view your "Invoice" at any time to verify your selections and create a printable invoice for your records.
Once the team limit of 48 is reached, other teams that register will be placed on the "ready reserve" list in the order they have registered (in recent years at least the first 6 reserve teams have been called to action). If you are a reserve team and a spot becomes available, we will contact you immediately so that you are able to make proper arrangements for travel and payment.
