WPI and Raytheon NCS welcomed FLL teams to the Massachusetts FLL Championship Tournament - RoboNautica that was held on the WPI Campus on December 20th, 2008!   Like previous events, this year's competition was an exciting one featuring the top teams in friendly, fun, and exciting competition!

What was different about RoboNautica 8 is that for the first time all teams participating qualified through their successful performance at one of 6 qualifying tournaments held throughout the state.  On top of that, this year saw an expansion from 48 to 64 teams, invitations for the top two teams to attend the FLL World Fesitival in Atlanta, GA, and an invitation for another top team to attend the FLL US Open in Ohio.

As always, RoboNautica is free to the public and we welcome spectators of all ages to come enjoy the event!
