Thursday - Nov. 9th 2000

11:53 PM - Found Property: Pair of eyeglasses were found on the football field. No one from the Athletic Department claimed them, so they are now in the lost and found box


Friday - Nov. 10th 2000

2:00 PM - Found Property: Snap personnel found a red lined snap-on hood in the van. Item is in lost and found

10:20 PM - Parking Violation: Car blocking another in the library parking lot. Officer assisted in moving the vehicle

11:02 PM - Found Property: ATM card found and officer had dispatcher call owner. Owner retrieved card


Saturday - Nov. 11th 2000

2:15 AM - Aid Officer: Officers assisted WPD with a larceny of a vehicle call

4:22 PM - Suspicious Person: 2 suspicious persons in a fraternity lot. Advised to leave


Sunday - Nov. 12th 2000

9:08 AM - Maintenance Service Request: Elevator stuck in Morgan Hall. Determined elevator was broken

11:10 AM - Parking Complaint: Participants of a sorority function at Higgins House were notified to move vehicles away from the driveway of Goddard

4:18 PM - Medical: 18 year old male injured his toe and it is bleeding. Officer reports a 1.5" gash in toe. EMS treated patient and sought further medical at the hospital

6:46 PM - Suspicious Motor Vehicle: Officer reports a vehicle with mail, personal belongings, toiletries, and pet carrier is parked behind the carriage house. Vehicle is registered to a part-time student. Officer made call to student, but no answer. Officer will check back later

8:00 PM - Suspicious Motor Vehicle: Officers reports a motor vehicle parked by the Daniel's dumpster. The vehicle is parked haphazardly and has its windows open. Dispatch called owner at his home. Mother answered and said she didn't know where he was

9:32 PM - Report of no heat in Institute Hall. HVAC was called in and fixed problem


Monday - Nov. 13th 2000

12:13 AM - Fire Alarm: Fire alarm on second floor of Riley. Officers confirm alarm was set off by candles on a birthday cake


Tuesday - Nov. 14th 2000

2:10 AM - Aid Officer: WPI officers assisted WPD in searching for the suspect of an armed robbery at Honey Farms. Officer reports that shots were fired through the door of the store. WPI officer advised student from a nearby fraternity and Institute Hall to go inside and stay there

9:58 PM - Suspicious Odor: RA from Stoddard called to complain of a suspicious odor coming from a room. Suspected marijuana. Officer filed a report


Wednesday - Nov. 15th 2000

1:02 PM - Aid Citizen: Accident with WPI student

1:45 PM - Aid Citizen: Lockout for a car by Beechtree Circle

2:09 PM - Aid Officer: Assist Worcester with traffic for motorcycle accident, until WPD arrives

2:37 PM - Auto Theft: Auto theft at Gordon Library

6:13 PM - Trespass: WPI student reported seeing 4 men that fit the description of the suspects wanted for lasts weeks assault. Officer found the four males outside the library. Suspects ran, but officer apprehended one suspect

6:59 PM - Fire Alarm: Fire alarm set off at the Healthy Alternatives House. No fire, just burnt food
