"Shattered Dreams" comes to WPI

Wednesday, January 17th, 6:00 PM, Riley Commons

"Shattered Dreams" -featuring Leon Williams. What would Dr. King say today if could make an addendum to his "I Have A Dream " speech? In this dramatic portrayal of Dr. King and engaging discussion, Leon Williams gives a possible answer. Free and open to the Public.


eBooks and netLibrary in Gordon Library

On Thursday, January 18, Worcester Polytechnic Institute will be sponsoring "Learning netLibrary," a demonstration in the use of eBooks and netLibrary. netLibrary offers WPI students, faculty and staff access to over 7,000 e-books. The system allows patrons to check out eBooks and read them online or download them to a eBook reader.

"Learning netLibrary," to be held from 9 - 11 AM and 1 - 3PM in the George C. Gordon Library Seminar Room, will be conducted by Patricia Nilsson, netLibrary Senior Implementation and Training Specialist. The demonstration is free and open to all.
