The Goat Head... Where is it?

by Marc Cryan
Circulation Manager

The goat head has been rescued from its cruel captors, the seniors, and returned to its rightful owners, the juniors. In a valiant rescue mission by a junior the trophy was seized from her vicious roommates in an epic battle. Upon its release the goat head took a tour of campus, including a stop in Alden Hall to visit the set of the Masque production of The Love of Don Perlimplin for Belisa in His Garden. The goat will soon be making a short trip to the jewelers to have the year 2002 engraved on its shinny bronze snout. The goat head remains untarnished by the mark of 2001, as they have yet to rightfully steal the bronzed mascot. A task that is apparently too difficult to accomplish in four long years, and for which they now have only four short months. As for the seniors, we'll see you at the Winter Carnival.
