Thursday - Mar 22nd 2001

6:15 AM - Intrusion Alarm: Alarm at Harrington Auditorium was triggered by ROTC member.

8:27 AM - Intrusion Alarm: Faculty personnel at Riley hall in Office.

9:45 AM - Towed Motor Vehicle: unregistered car on West Street blocking snow removal.

10:53 AM - Medical: Female student w/ abdominal pain, lounge at Atwater Kent

3:06 PM - Lost Property: Staff member lost her keys, hot pink clip on the keys and a Shaws tag, car keys, house keys


Friday - Mar 23rd 2001

12:15 AM - Vandalism: The Campus Center Student Manager reports the bookstore gate has been damaged.

2:28 AM - Motor Vehicle Accident: Party reports two cars in the middle of the intersection, that possibly had an accident, parties appear to be intoxicated. WPI Officers checked the full length of Institute Road and the full length of Boynton Street and found nothing.

6:08 AM - Intrusion Alarm: Alarm at Harrington Auditorium was triggered by ROTC member.

7:33 AM - Parking Violation: vehicle blocking Mail Room loading dock area.

8:55 AM - Intrusion Alarm: Personnel set off alarm at Nuclear Reactor at Washburn Shops

10:05 AM - Parking Violation: student vehicle parked in front of garage doors at Higgins House

7:40 PM - Community Policing: Officer Vandal helping fellow Officer Pearson putting RAD flyer up in both Institute Hall and Founders Hall


Saturday - Mar 24th 2001

7:28 AM - Intrusion Alarm: The Mass. Academy intrusion alarm was tripped but secured itself about one minute later. Officer Parzych did not respond to the scene, but advised that the alarm was probably unfounded, as Mass. Academy has entrance exams this morning.

7:53 AM - Intrusion Alarm: The Higgins House intrusion alarm was tripped. Off. Welch reported to the scene and found Chartwells employees working.

8:26 AM - Motor Vehicle Accident: Off. Parzych reported that Cruiser 101 was damaged by the SNAP van last night at approximately 2300. There is a scratch on the rear left bumpoer of the vehicle.

11:16 AM - Larceny: A Plant Services worker radioed station to inform that a Maxwell House coffee machine had been broken into in the hallway next to the Game Room on the lower level of the Campus Center. Officer Vandal was on scene shortly thereafter. Officer Welch also responded and will file a report.

1:54 PM - Medical: Officer Carpenter requested EMS at the Campus Center on the 2nd floor. A female had jammed her finger last night and her finger was swelled today so that she could not remove a ring.

8:30 PM - Missing Person: 11y/o female missing from the gym floor, white female, wearing a bright orange colored wind breaker and a lime green hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, slim build. WPD, Norwell PD, WPI EMS, SNAP and all custodians on campus are on the look out.


Sunday - Mar 25th 2001

1:12 AM - Suspicious Person: Officers advised individual on open container laws.

1:45 AM - Suspicious Odor: RA reports a suspicious odor on the second floor of Riley Hall.

3:28 AM - Maintenance Service Request: Called in the locksmith to change a residence hall room lock because of a lost key.

4:27 AM - Disorderly Person: Officer quieted down several loud parties in the first floor common area of Daniels Hall

10:04 AM - Maintenance Service Request: Resident reports the key she was given for her apartment does not work.

10:53 AM - Motor Vehicle Accident: Officers report two vehicle taillights were damaged in Founders Lot. The owners were contacted.

1:08 PM - Suspicious Odor: RA reports strong odor of 94C's in the hallway outside suspect room.

10:03 PM - Medical: Student on the basketball court injured his leg.

10:46 PM - MGL94C Drug Violation: Caller state there is a strong odor of marijuana in the stairwell.


Monday - Mar 26th 2001

8:45 PM - Lost Property: Student left $50.00 unattended outside the racketball courts came out and it was gone.

9:38 PM - Disorderly Person: Dispatch received a call from the RHD at Morgan Hall, he stated there is a belligerent person on his floor.


Tuesday - Mar 27th 2001

1:25 AM - Found Property: Tanona found key ring with two residential keys on white Zeta Psi ring.

7:47 PM - Maintenance Service Request: Watchperson reports 2 broken windows on the track level, east side of Alumni.
