Air Force ROTC awards scholarships to seven WPI students

The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps has announced the awarding of full tuition scholarships to seven WPI students. The scholarships will pay full tuition, books, and fees, as well as a tax-free stipend of $150.00 a month. Each scholarship is valued at approximately $17,500.00 per year. Upon graduation each scholarship recipient will be commissioned a Second Lieutenant and be guaranteed a job in the active duty Air Force. The seven students are: Lee Gentile, Jr., Civil Engineering '97; Lindsey Bullard, Math '98; Robyn Hartz, Civil Engineering '98; Andy Mason, Computer Science '98; Christopher Perillo, Chemical Engineering '98; Penelope Taska, Mechanical Engineering '98 and Tim Scully, Computer Engineering '98.
