National Engineers Week Futures Forum

On February 15th, there will be a "Futures Forum" in Boston as part of the 1995 National Engineers Week. This forum is your opportunity to discuss potential career paths with practicing professionals in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Transportation and Industrial Engineering. Also, there will representatives of Public Agencies, Corporations, Professional Societies and Universities.

I attended this forum last year and found it to be an excellent opportunity to find out what is happening in your discipline in the world-of-work. Additionally, you can have your resume critiqued.

There is no cost and a free light dinner is provided. The Futures Forum will be held at the Park Plaza Hotel & Towers from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CDC will be sponsoring transportation for any student without a declared major or any student who enrolled in the MSP seminar. If there are any spaces left after these two groups, we will take upperclass students.
