Tradition's Day approaches
by Jeremy Little - Class of '95
It's that time of year again. Spring is here, and with it comes Tradition's Day, a day sponsored by the Student Alumni Society and dedicated to the many outstanding traditions of WPI. This year's events will begin the evening before, Wednesday, April 12, with a candlelight vigil, followed by an informal gathering with the Tech Old Timers. Tradition's Day, Thursday, April 13, will feature exhibits on the history of the school, Freshmen-Sophomore rivalry events (both the Jeopardy game and the pennant rush), as well as the annual Alma Mater contest, one of WPI's newest traditions. The day promises to be fun for all so mark your calendars now and keep an eye out for future details about the activities.
