Here comes the Class of 1999

High school seniors admitted to WPI's class of 1999 will be on campus on Wednesday, April 12, for "WPI...A Closer Look." During the event, sponsored twice a year by the Admissions Office, the Institute rolls out the red carpet to give prospective students the opportunity to meet with faculty members and current students, attend presentations by academic departments, tour laboratories and residence halls, and learn about student life, international programs, project centers, cooperative education, and career planning and placement. More than 100 students and staff have volunteered to introduce the approximately 800 prospective students and their parents to WPI. Employees are asked to park in the Library Lot or in one of the peripheral lots to provide space in the West Street (Quad) Lot.
