Parliamentarian: Nat Fairbanks (acting Parliamentarian) III. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held March 21, 1995 were approved with no amendments.
IV. President's Report: President Findlen apologized for his joke on e-mail which stated that this meeting was canceled.

VIII. Committee Reports:
-SGA Committees
Chair Fairbanks reported that the wrong Maple Survey was distributed to the student body but it is not a big problem because Senators Mickey and Hall are working to fix it.
CAI:
WPI Repositioning: Chair Mickey stated that the committee will be meeting Wednesday, April 12 at 8pm in Gompei's.
-Institute Committees
CSA: Senator Connelly reported that the faculty mentor program is underway with the Office of Residential Services and the faculty will be receiving brochures.

X. Special Orders:
Vice President Abrams thanked the senators for the good year and wished them good luck in the future.
Treasurer Socha wished everyone good luck.
The gavel was passed around to each senator and remarks were given.
The gavel was then transferred to the Parliamentarian.
The Parliamentarian swore in President-elect, Cathy Connelly as the new SGA President. The new President then proceeded to swear in the Vice-President-elect, Kirsty Reidy; Secretary-elect, Chizzy Uchendu and Treasurer-elect, Gregory Ryan Snow.
Due to a change in Roll, President Connelly called for a Roll Call.
Motion 8d.95 - President Connelly entertained a motion to approve the committee chair appointments. Grossi moved. Senator Mickey Seconded. Motion Passed
Motion 9d.95 - President Connelly entertained a motion to approve the senatorial appointments. Senator Grossi moved. Senator Plack seconded. Motion Passed.
-Retreat for senate is on Saturday April 4. Goals for next year will be set.
-Chris Jachimowicz is working on hiring an Assistant Director and will place the resumes of the 3 candidates in the SGA office.
-There is a telemarketing campaign for the admissions office. It will be from 6-9 on most nights and they will serve free pizza.
-Any senator can still sign up to give tours during A Closer Look.
-President Connelly wants the schedules of the Committee heads.
-Secretary Uchendu congratulated the newly appointed senators and asked everyone to sign up for at least two office hours.
-The Cabinet meetings will still be held on Fridays at 4:30 in Forkey Conference Room.
-The Provost congratulated the new Executive Board
-There is an open meeting with Dr. Edward Parrish, a presidential candidate, on Monday at 11:00am in Perreault Hall.
Senator Grossi moved to adjourn, Senator Plack seconded, motion passed.
