My Maine Perspective

This exhibit of color cibachrome and black and white photography by sophomore Jason Philbrook is comprised primarily of nature close-ups from his home state. Post-card idealisms and tourist bait are not included in this exhibit. A closer, more intimate perception of nature is revealed, similar in ways to the 19th century writer Henry David Thoreau and 20th century photographer Eliot Porter. The collection will be on display April 17 through June 5, 1995 during normal library hours. Call the library at 831-5410 for more information.
