I. Meeting called to order at 5:45 pm.

Parliamentarian: Nat Fairbanks (acting Parliamentarian). III. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held April 4th, 1995 were approved with no amendments.
IV. President's Report: Madam President Connelly asked all senators who were interested in helping the Admissions office with telemarketing to contact her.
V. Vice-President's Report: Vice-President Reidy asked new senators to see her about orientation.
VI. Secretary's Report: Secretary Uchendu asked all those senators who were not present at the retreat to see him. He also asked all committee heads to hand in written documents of their oral reports or the report will not be included in the minutes.
VII. Treasurer's Report: Treasurer Snow stated that motion 10d.95 should read Supplemental funding instead of Emergency funding.

Public Relations:
-SGA Committees
Chair Stagg reported that this week they have advertised for the campus hearing Board elections and are planning on chalking the sidewalk in front of Daniels for Friday. She also reported that they voted on the T-shirt designs and will have those designs available for senators to look at and to order.
Elections: Chair Waln reported that he needs senators that can work the elections table between 1:30 - 2:30 and 2:30 - 3:30. He also reported that Elections for Campus Hearing Board will be held this Friday in the mailroom.
WPI Repositioning: Chair Mickey reported that there will be no meeting tomorrow. IX. Old Business: none
X. New Business:
Senator Waln moved to refer the motion (10d.95) back to the Class III OCFC so discrepancies may be cleared up. Senator Mickey seconded.
Motion to refer to committee now on floor:
Discussion: More information was needed in order to make a wise decision.
Senator Brezniak called the question. Senator Kintigh seconded.
Motion to call the question passed.
Motion to refer back to Committee passed (14-8-0).
Motion 11d.95- Senator Mickey moved that the Student Government Association officially recognize the organized March On Worcester to demonstrate against the Contract With America currently in Congress and offer its assets to those organizing it. Senator Brezniak seconded. Motion passed.
-Vice-President Reidy needs nominations for the goats head award.
-Committee on Academic Initiatives will meet following adjournment.
-Participate in Traditions Day.
-Elections table sheet stills needs to be filled.
-Kristen Stagg has the T-shirt design and needs the money by Thursday.
