"Do We Really Want to Resurrect Star Wars?"

Lecture Presentation by Dr. Robert M. Bowman, Lt. Colonel U.S.A.F. Ret.

Dr. Bowman, who received his Ph.D. from Cal Tech, is the former director of Star Wars operations for Presidents Ford and Carter. A veteran of 101 combat missions, Dr. Bowman is a recipient of the Eisenhower Medal, the George F. Kennan Peace Prize, and twice the Gold Medal of the Society of American Military Engineers.
