Fraternities and diversity on campus

Several Fraternities on campus were asked to submit their response to the question of whether Fraternities actually improved the diversity environment on campus or they actually deprive the campus from it. So far, only Lambda Chi Alpha submitted a response. We would like to hear from other fraternities who would like to give their input on this subject. Any responses we receive will be published in future issues of Newspeak.

This is what Lambda Chi Alpha had to say:

We the members of Lambda Chi Alpha at Worcester Polytechnic Institute are committed to create a diverse brotherhood of men which promotes the highest standards in morality, academics, social interaction, and personal achievement. We will pursue these standards by cultivating the individual strengths of our members through leadership, community involvement and commitment to fraternity.
