New NCSA update available

With the recent update of all the alphas, the version 2.3.07 of NCSA does not work. To update to the new version NCSA 2.3.08, you can run: S:\WINSTALL\WINSTALL FIX.LST

It is the first option listed: "NCSA 2.3.08 Update". This script will automatically remove the old verion and replace it with the new version but does not make any changes to the NCSA CONFIG.TEL file.
