Developed by Troy Thompson, a WPI graduate and member of the College Computer Center, and supported by the Civil Engineering Department's web server, the Social Web can aptly be called the one-stop academic and social gathering place. This is where you can find out about campus and consortium lectures, meetings, films, social gathering, and other opportunities for involvement both on and off campus. The benefits of this web page are terrific... all of us have the opportunity and ability to advertise our activities, thereby gaining free and easy publicity!
With all the activities occurring on campus everyday, this page should be packed - you can look and see what is happening today, or this week. Yet, at this time, few are taking advantage of this excellent publicity.
