A program that will help undergraduates become better leaders, communicators and team members and builders received a boost in support recently when Lockheed Martin Corp. gave $5,000 to the LEAP (Leadership Education and Practice) program. Seventy five students are participating in the pilot program, established last year. LEAP is a four-year, self assessment, education, training, and practice process established to prepare undergraduates for their future as professionals. Kevin Donohoe, manager of human resources, made the presentation to the WPI leadership initiative.
