Hurricane relief

Hurricane Mitch has just recently devastated Central America leaving 20 percent of the population homeless. CNN has recently reported that the death toll in Honduras alone is 7,000 with another 11,000 missing. SSHPE,HAS, and LEAP will be spearheading an effort on campus to collect donations to send to Honduras and Nicaragua to aid those countries in their emergency relief efforts. Watch for donation collections over the week as this is an opportunity for the WPI to extend its sense of community to those whose lives have been ravaged by this catastrophe.
