WPI is a customer and was a test site for Pirus's intelligent, multiprotocol storage area networking (SAN) switch.

What: Forward Motion Massage
Where: Groton, Mass.
Why: A certified therapist for equines and humans, Cernese treats both horse and rider to enhance their performance as a team. She uses sports massage, and deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and Swedish massage techniques to improve freedom of movement. She recently expanded her practice to include acupuncture and other holistic treatment modalities.

Why: Recently purchased by Sony Music Entertainment to form the core of its new Mobile Products Group, Run Tones' wireless media services include preprogrammed ring tones for cell phones featuring licensed versions of popular melodies; a mobile media hub; and RUNpics, a personal photo service.
