Malia E. Aull - Teaching Assistant

Major: Civil Engineering

What's Next: Teaching assistant at WPI, while pursuing a master's degree in environmental engineering

Stipend: $1,200/month + free tuition

My WPI: "I came to WPI because of the projects program; I went to Puerto Rico for my interactive project. That gave me a taste for travel abroad. My involvement in extracurricular activities made me feel confident that I could do something like the Peace Corps. I'm postponing the Peace Corps for now, but still hope to go sometime."

Five Years Out: "I will have reapplied to the Peace Corps and finished out my service."

Little Known Fact: "I was adopted... I'm originally from South Korea."
