25 years in London

PI will celebrate 25 years of global technological education in London and the 10th anniversary of the London Project Center at a special event at the American Embassy in London on March 31. The celebration will feature a talk by Ronald Zarrella '71, vice president and group executive at General Motors Corp..

"This will be the first in a series of international events we expect to hold in the future," notes President Parrish. "It reinforces the need for our students to participate in a global learning experience. "

Members of WPI's Board of Trustees, the President's International Advisory Board, and faculty and students at the London Project Center will be joined by international alumni, parents and various London dignitaries at WPI's first major international event.

Alumni, parents and friends of WPI are invited to join in the festivities and enjoy a London Sampler Tour offered in conjunction with the embassy event. Those who may be traveling to London on business or pleasure during this time period may request an invitation to the event.
