Salisbury Street Sampler inaugurated

program designed to satisfy the curiosity of many Worcester-area residents who regularly pass by the 16 institutions that comprise Salisbury Street was held in September. WPI, along with the American Antiquarian Society, the Salisbury Mansion, the Massachusetts National Guard Armory and others held open houses with tours, displays and food. Coinciding with WPI's Parents Day, it gave visitors an opportunity to learn more about Worcester cultural institutions, museums and churches. Organizers hope to make this an annual event.
