New football coach

dward Zaloom, head football coach of the Siena College Saints in Loudonville, N.Y., has accepted the same position at WPI. Known as "Zoomer," Zaloom earned a bachelor's degree in education at SUNY Cortland and a master's degree in educational administration at the University at Albany, where he spent 13 years as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach before moving to Siena three years ago.

He replaces Kevin Morris, who resigned in December.
