Abstract
This paper describes the work done to facilitate the communication, management, and oversight of the academic year 2006-2007 space IQP's. The team performed these functions by creating a relationship with the other groups through constant interaction. As a result, it should be recognized that the outcome of this project is the culmination of the effort of not one, but many teams. The work that all of these teams, contributed to the overall endeavor documented within this report. In addition to the organization of the other project outcomes into one cohesive report, we continued the group dynamics project that has been taking place over the past few years. The group dynamics study focuses on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator cognitive mixes in the groups as they relate to group performance.
