Abstract
In effort to reduce its carbon dioxide emissions, the London Borough of Merton hopes to identify all municipal activities that directly create or indirectly affect CO2 emissions, and map these activities to the departments responsible for them. This project assists that goal by initializing the identification process, creating a database framework to house the list of potential reduction measures for each activity, and developing methods for rating each measure’s implementation and financial feasibility.
