To improve the environment and reduce carbon emissions, the Environment and Sustainability Team (EaST) encourages the Croydon community to become environmentally conscious. We compiled quotes and savings from homeowners that purchased insulation through British Gas for future publicity. More participants will reduce the fuel needed for heating. We also developed and conducted audits for churches and schools in energy, water, waste and purchasing categories to recommend improvements. Lastly, we identified focus areas for EaST to assist organizations in the future.
