Abstract Our project is intended to help the Shrewsbury Parks and Recreation Department to identify the imbalance between the current and desired levels of service. After compiling the information about the parks and athletic fields, our team created forms to asses the conditions of the park and asses levels of service. By completing the preliminary work to develop a reliable information system, the team enabled the parks department to effectively identify the level of service imbalance with ease.
