The Royal Borough of Kingston, one of thirty-two boroughs in the
city of London, is developing a Carbon Reduction Partnership to
meet both short and long term CO2 emission goals. Our team
provided the partnership with a website that facilitates networking
on energy and climate change actions and allows partners to
monitor progress in reducing carbon emissions. To support the
development of the partnership, the team also identified
characteristics critical for the formation, organization and best
practice of successful partnerships.
