Abstract
The objective of the storage of ambulatory supplies project is to investigate storage methods currently in place and implement a system that can impact greater improvements. Through the investigation, three design modifications of the space inside the ambulance are established. The paramedic's chair, the shelves in the storage units and the amount of storage space are reconfigured so as to minimize the working trajectory of paramedics. The proposed new system enriches quality care and the safety of paramedics.
