The goal of this Major Qualifying Project was to develop and test a new innovative tool for entrepreneurs, that objectively evaluates any set of new business opportunities and determines the most potentially successful opportunity. The Multiple Opportunity Analysis Tool (MOpA Tool) was developed through an iterative process incorporating feedback from professors, other entrepreneurs, personal experience, and two classroom experiments. Once developed, the MOpA tool was used to evaluate a set of personal opportunities identifying the one with the highest potential for success.
