Abstract
Benjamin J Erle completed 75 hours of observation and 150 hours of practice hours at Tahanto Regional High School, to help fulfill the requirements needed to be a licensed high school teacher in the State of Massachusetts. Working these hours also prved that Benjamin was proficient in meeting the standards set forth by the Department of Education. Benjamin's portfolio includes evidence supporting his proficiency in the standards, the standards written out and signed by the mentor and project advisor, as well as course overviews of the courses he taught at Tahanto Regional High School.
